Felt vulnerable to other people in store seeing my info on screen as desks in a line. Customers either side listening to us and watching screen. Would suggest separation of sales points. This is no reflection on salesman. He was outstanding.

Overall , pricing structure mattress I would have chosen was more expensive than expected , the one I purchased was cheaper and rated similar quality , also store layout does not define type of mattress / beds.

I don't believe in giving top marks as it encourages complacency and leaves nothing to aspire to. However my experience was very good but I think your products are expensive even at the sale price.

Wrong colour of bed put on order Luckily noticed when got home after closing time. When phoned next day took a while to get through. But when got through very helpful and problem soon resolved. Pleased with the dealing of the issue when finally got to speak to someone
