The lady that served was very friendly and had a good knowledge of the products in store. She ensured i tried different mattresses to ensure I picked the right product for me.

I bought the bed having watched it being sold on QVC. I had wanted it in grey, but it was sold out, so I settled for beige. It was also shown on QVC as a complete bed with head and tail boards. I was very disappointed when it arrived without either, believing in good faith that I had bought a complete bed. This was not said anywhere before. I received good updates on delivery but had no way of contacting Dreams to ask questions about the bed as it was a no reply text.

Ordering took a bit longer than expected. Offered a free mattress topper as part of us buying and extended guarantee but had to have a double as you don't do a three quarter size one to fit the bed we ordered. We assumed assembly was part of delivery, this was only clarified after we had placed the order, I then had to make two phone calls to chase up adding this to the order.

I was satisfied. It was a buying experience that I would expect

I thought there would have been a longer guarantee other than manufacturers 12th. So cost us extra for longer guarantee.

Simply because Bensons Appeared to be slightly cheaper on similar product.

There was a 'head office' problem when trying to order ex display mattresses and bed frame, which delayed the ability to order the product. The assistant explained and kept communication over the phone until the items were ready to be purchased.

I went into store knowing the item I wished to purchase, so it was just a matter of seeing items finish etc. The person who served me was very polite and nice but really didnt have to do much work as I had made up my mind, and it was a done deal as long a product was as good as reviewed online.

There is always room for further excellence....
