Great service not pressure in to buting the wrong item

I was allowed as much time as I needed and had all the assistance I needed. My time was spent enjoyably and I was highly delighted with the experience

We didn’t feel pressured at all during the visit but the staff we’re always at hand when needed, just the right balance. The staff member was knowledgeable and helped us patiently to choose our purchase making it a pleasant experience.

The man was lovely very helpful didn’t rash us and we ended up buying 2 beds and mattress

From start to finish we felt valued , upon arrival the Dreams staff we’re attentive and professional , Not pushy at all . Very good knowledge of products

I was greeted well, offered a drink and put at ease, I am 87. I did use sleep match and could have fallen asleep! I did see many pillows and did buy some. Social distancing and masks were used during the visit. Excellent service at the store.
