I was very satisfied with my visit, the shop, the assistants knowledge and willingness to assist. I always feel that there is room for improvement, that is not to say I had a bad experience, completely the opposite

The product guarantee period (1 year) was not as long as expected so had to pay extra for for an extended period plus some companies dispose of old matreses without an additional charge

On arrival we didn't get the chance to look around on our own, we just got in the door and a sales person came straight over asking if we needed any help, would be better if left alone to browse then ask for help if necessary

We visited the store twice and were served by the same man both times. He had a very nasty cough and continued to serve us while coughing on us. He also asked if we wanted to buy half price pillows, which we didn't. Then he gave them to us for free.... So he tried to take our money first then gave them for free. I was not happy about this.

A satisfied customer is a good result. I don't think I've ever been 'highly satisfied' with anything.

Having to wait 3weeks for delivery. It seems slightly unreasonable to pay for something in full and then have to wait so long for delivery.
