The computer to work out the best mattress was not working and the assistant couldn't get it working. Also £40 to take away the old mattress seems rather high. I am unlikely to sell on the old one as it is knackered so I felt unable to decline. Given the cost of a new mattress anyway and having to pay extra for a Saturday delivery I think the cost of collecting the old mattress could be lower.

I dont feel that the total service was perfect. Even though agent was informative abd friendly . I had to wait becauae only 2 tables available with computers .

to much to choose from we had really made up our minds by the fifth mattress but looked at over twenty that seemed much the same

It took a while to be served due to the store being under staffed however when the store manager noticed he was quick to respond however still had to wait a while for a computer to become available for me to order the bed. So maybe more staff and another computer might be worth investing in. Was also very complexed Over the price of the header board being over half the price of the bed which doesn’t seem to be in ratio of the price of the bed at all

Unable to answer why I wasn't highly satisfied as the Salesperson was courteous and helpful, I think buying a mattress isn't the most exciting of activities!

The sales people were very welcoming and helpful with lots of knowledge of their products,the problem we encountered was the sales person on the shop floor told us delivery in 2-3 weeks when it came to ordering our matress the first date available was 5 weeks which was disappointing to us.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because the matching headboard that I wanted was not available on the delivery date we wanted. There was one on display but I was told that I couldn't have that one. So I had to make do with the one that is not exactly the colour I wanted, because I need the complete bed before Christmas, because my daughter is coming home for Christmas. I would like to thank Laura the shop assistant who was very helpful in showing us around for the type of bed we wanted and making a good deal for us.

Items displayed were not the type I was looking for. All displays were King Size and although they were clean and in good order, I. Was seeking a Double.

Nothing specific. Cost was a bit more than expected. Quality of the bed seemed lower than the last bed purchased. All 'good enough'.
