When we came to place the order at the end of a very satisfactory discussion there were several problems associated with placing the order for the mattress which was a dual sided bed. The computer system would not accept the order or delivery to the Isle of Wight. It took your store representative around half an hour to get over this problem. Having said that both the manager and Roshan who was dealing with us did everything in their power to speed things up.

I couldn't use my debit card as payment on my visit because the system was down, I had to return later to the store. Steve was very apologetic and I received excellent customer service.

I was not expecting to pay for our old mattress to taken away. Other companies do it for free

Staff, whilst very nice, were trying to push us to buy at the more expensive range of products. Apart from that we're happy with our purchase.

Not sure what the question was. The only snag we had was the bed was out of stock so need to wait 5-6 for delivery date

2 years ago I purchased a bed from dreams on sale at £250. The same bed now is £450 on sale, that’s an awful increase in 2 years. So now I only purchased the mattress from dreams and the bed from wayfair at £220. Why would you nearly double the cost of a same day in 2 years...the price of manufacturing and labour hasn’t doubled has it!
