Steve the store manager was very helpful but the products on offer in our opinion were overpriced. Specifically the Flaxby range of beds. We also felt it is pretty poor that dreams charge the customer £10 for a Saturday delivery. From a customer perspective - when you have just paid £1200 for a bed, neither dreams or your courier company can be making a profit at £10 - and it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the customer. We feel that it is a pointless and unnecessary charge.

was overcharged 100 pounds, see invoice when I pointed it out to the assistant that there was 200 pounds off not 100 he soon rectified the transaction overall it was an excellent service bed recommended was perfect and good value a good match for me

I cannot judge fully yet as I have not received the bed. The store assistant (Richard) and our experience with him was highly satisfactory. The product does need to live up to the price however.

Theres always room for improvement. The service was excellent but that's what I would expect. The goods are of high quality however they would not have been purchased if they had not been of a quality expected. The price although more than I expected to pay is reasonable and there was a deal on.

Had a previous order recently which was faulty, currently waiting for a replacement. As paying cash on this order would have liked some sort of discount of incentive but nothing. Will shop around more next time.
