When I entered the store I had to wait about 25 minutes for staff to assist me. The staff were really pleasant and did apologise. 1 set me up on the bed match machine after 15 minutes, and the other tried to help when he could even though he was helping another couple. However I just got left to wander round the store for a long time, when I wasn't sure what I was after, and needed some advice. I was also not told about the month and half waiting time until I had placed my order, If i had known that I would have to wait that long I wouldn't have placed the order, as I am desperate for a matress, due to pain.

It is only because of the long delivery time, which I know isn’t this stores fault, it is more Dreams as a companies fault. I was also sad to hear that no blue light/military discount is offered in store. This is quite backwards and unfair of the company in my opinion.
