Probably this relates to current Covid restrictions. It's hot wearing a mask, and this was one of my first non essential forays out since lockdown, so I was a bit apprehensive about being out in a shop I wasn't familiar with. Richard was a very helpful assistant and gave me a lot of good help choosing a mattress. Towards the end, I was finding myself a bit overwhelmed by everything, and I think I choose the insurance cover for the mattress because it was easier to say yes than to take any longer to think about it. If I'd thought a bit longer, I'd have declined the insurance, and just bought the mattress cover. However, apart from this I was very satisfied with the whole experience

We went on the bed machine and was only shown the expensive beds which I thought he could of shown us some cheaper options as not everyone has a £1000 to spend on one
