Although the gentleman was very helpful in finding us a Matress, I was told it would be £40 for removal of our old mattress, and an additional £40 for the 5 year warranty. Upon checking my receipt later I noticed I had actually been charged £45 & £65 respectively.

I was very satisfied

Some of the I really liked it but they do not have storage facility.

Bed shopping is not on my list to highly satisfy me it’s just something I have to do with the wife to keep her happy.

I was satisfied with my experience at loughborough dreams

Mainly due to the 12 week waiting time for the bed frame.

on placing the order there were 3 tables close together, and with the social distancing layout there was absolutely no privacy , any questions and answers were audible to all, we could hear everything people next to us were saying as they could hear our information , i felt that it could all be better spaced out so we have more privacy in giving out personal details.

The experience on the day was fine, my only negative was delivery date a little longer than expected

We felt when giving personal details to the shop assistant was not private enough we had to speak out loudly across to his desk that the people next to us could hear personal details sane for us from them also no equipment was wiped down after we used it the card machine mainly
