Dreams - Loughborough

Price was higher than we had originally budgeted. But there was a good finance option that helped to soften the purchase price. Other than that the experience was really good. Chris did all he could to ensure we were well taken care of.

Some of the mattresses seen on line were not available and or the names had changed. We requested 6th Dec delivery but the order form states 4th which isn’t convenient for us so I am now trying to change that back to our preferred date we originally requested

Mostly satisfied, unfortunately the bed we wanted was not in stock

Finance application took roughly an hour.

Over all the experience was excellent but I did have to keep reiterating what I was looking for.

Everyone can always do better, nobody and nothing is perfect

There weren’t as many options as I would have liked in relation to what I was looking for (single, firm mattress at a more affordable range).

Delivery date not soon enough

i was served by Jason in the loughborough store who was very kind helpful and had very good customer service skills and interacted and make the whole process from start to finish easy.
