Jerome the assistant was extremely helpful, spending plenty of time with us and explaining all of the different sorts of mattresses. He got us to try each type, worked to our budget and was friendly and chatty throughout. He even got out the biscuit tin for our daughters to help keep them occupied!

We found Jerome a very helpful and knowlegable. He fully understood our requirements with the outcome of us purchasing a bed!

We purchased a bed from you last year and was very pleased with the service we received. unfortunately we had a problem with a leaking roof when our bed was due to be delivered last year and were not able to take it the day it was due. I telephoned head office and spoke to a very understanding and helpful lady who explained that it wasn't a problem and to call back when we were sorted. We did so and all was ok. It is due to your service and high standard of goods that we have returned for my daughters bed. Again we are fully satisfied. Thankyou

The assistants were friendly and helpful but not pushy they helped us find the right bed for us

No pressure from the staff. The Manager explained the store layout, then left us to look around which we liked.

From entering the store in Loughborough we were met be a first class assistant (or maybe manager) named Jerome who could not have been more helpful. He listened to our needs and took us on a tour showing us all types of mattresses both in price and quality, he did not push us in any way and it was obvious he had our interest at heart. We will certainly use and recommend Dreams again should the need arise. I hope the delivery holds up to the service we had had so far.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, offered a drink and weren't rushed. Left to make our own minds up, but didn't feel neglected.

Very relaxed, no pressure to buy, made me a cup of tea!
