Assistant, Jerome, was amazingly helpful. Not pushy but extremely friendly in a professional way when required. His knowledge of products, even new lines, was excellent. I would recommend the Dreams experience to all my friends.

Steve at dreams Loughborough was extremely helpful to me and my mum, I suffer with back trouble and feel very satisfied with the help and advice that I'll be very happy with my mattress, my mum was very happy after her purchase and feels also at ease that she hasn't been pressured in to buying:) both happy lady's thank you and look forward to enjoying them.

Suzie was great, she welcomed us, got us tea and allowed us to try each of the mattresses me and my partner were looking for. We even were able to experiment with different pillows which was useful. The mattress we liked was readily available and to hand so we could chuck it in the car. It only took a day or so to fully stretch out and now we are really enjoying the mattress.

From start to finish the experience was second to none. We used dreams in bury st edmunds 7yrs ago and I thought they were good. Jerome was off the chart. Not pushy at all. He was helpful but allowed us time to walk around etc. He ensured that we made the right decision and that we were happy before closing the sale. As a sales person myself I was very impressed
