Staff were friendly and very helpful. The specific man who dealt with me allowed me to have time to think about what I wanted and did not try to convince me excessively to purchase anything I didn't want to.

The salesman - Jerome - took the time (over 3 visits in total) to get to know exactly what we were looking for. He remembered us from previous visits and was very patient with us.

Jerome was very helpful and knowledgeable. He understood our requirements and made some useful suggestions.

He was very knowledgeable and did everything to help me find the right things for the right price and his customer service was fantastic.
