We had been debating between a bed in Bensons and Dreams. The guarantee was thoroughly explained and the sales assistant had sound knowledge to make us feel confident in our purchase.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, Steve listened to what I said, and took me to try out appropriate beds with information.. to lay awhile try my normal sleeping positions and check on the comfortability. another member of staff made me a coffee. I was made to feel very much at home, there seemed to be no pressure to buy, It was a pleasant experience.

On our visit to the store we were made very welcome, and shown and explained the different types of mattresses available. Everything very well explained, offered hot or cold drinks, guarantees explained well. All in all a very pleasant experience without too much sales pressure. Would certainly recommend to family/friends.

Loughborough store staff were excellent. We were greeted on entry and asked if we needed any assistance. Suzie explained in great detail the range of mattresses and helped us narrow down our choice, she was very tentative and guided us where necessary. We were given time to assess the products and she kept enquiring as to how we were doing. We were offered refreshments several times. The store was easy to navigate due to the signage on the different mattresses, it was tidy and staff were available for customers. What could have been quite a difficult shopping experience was made to feel relaxed and the excellent detailed product information helped us make an informative choice. I would not hesitate to return or recommend a visit to this store. Ever member of staff we came across were pleasant and were genuinely interested in providing a good customer experience - well done to all.
