Suzie was extremely helpful and clear. We had a lovely coffee . We felt listened to and she knew about the things we were trying buy . Both staff were very courteous and made it a pleasant experience for my 85 year old mother.

I was well looked after by Suzie. I have bought a number of items at dreams and the staff have been great each time. This is my second bed over the last couple of years and i have also bought bedroom furniture and a headboard. The headboard will be on the new bed purchased yesterday. Almost forgot the pillows. Another good point is the old bed will be taken away so a big plus for me. Finally I have always been well looked after and given 100% attention even down to a cup of coffee on each of my visits. Yes highly satisfied with my dreams experience and will certainly be back.

Suzie answered all our questions as we were making our decision but she melted into the background to leave us to mull things over. Very knowledgeable but respecting the space that we needed to make our choice.

I found exactly what I was looking for in a bed, at a reasonable price with a very reasonable finance option. The store was laid out clearly, the store assistant, Alan, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't once make me feel pressured into making a purchase (which is very important to me, and I have walked out of stores before (not Dreams) when I've felt pressured to make a purchase). The delivery and assembly charge was well priced for the service, and the warrenty seemsto be excellent value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful for our needs. Didnt try to sway our choice and listened to what were looking for. Have previously bought a bed from this shop 2years ago and very happy with it.
