Helpful to find what we were looking for when we couldn’t find it ourselves.

Jason was amazingly client focussed and very professional. We were going to compare you with a visit to Be sons For Beds over the road, but to be honest Jason was so good that we didn’t need to visit anywhere else. The whole experience was truly excellent, although at this time we are scheduled to receive our delivery next week, but we are assuming that things will go well with the delivery. All in all, a great business and very experienced. Five stars to your Loughborough branch and especially Jason. 👍👍

Was greeted at door then went on to the bed machine which is great tells you which mattress is good for you. Then steve brought us around and we sampled them all. Picked one out steve was so helpful satisfying experience

Friendly, not too pushy but there when we needed them.

Jason in the Loughborough branch was very approachable but not pushy as we have previously found in furniture stores. He made a lovely cup of tea and was exceptionally engaging with our young man who is only 2.

Steve at Dreams Loughborough was brilliant. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable. Listened to us and advised us expertly.

Richard was a very helpful member of staff, made us feel welcome and safe entering the store. Knowledgeable about the products available to suit our needs.

Staff very friendly and had good product knowledge. Clearly explained what would happen re delivery.

Very pleased overall

Able to browse safely. The store assistant Richard was very helpful & very knowledgable about the adjustable beds I was interested in. Gave me time to try the bed & gave me all information I required. Very pleased with my visit.
