John from your paisley store was quite simply, excuse the pun a 'dream' to deal with. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgable regarding the product we were purchasing. He made us feel at ease and that we had made the right choice from buying from dreams.

I was looking for a new mattress but needed expert advice as it's been a while since I bought one. I was given lots of attention and informationand the chance to try many mattresses out until we found exactly what we were looking for.

Alan was extremely attentive, helpful and answered any questions we had. He allowed us time on our own when making our choice which we appreciated. We did not feel pressured into making a decision straight away which resulted in us returning the following day to place an order.

A very knowledgeable senior staff member made our visit successful. We left the store to visit others to compare products and prices but returned despite lower prices elsewhere for similar products because we felt that the service level at this DREAMS store was far superior.

Suzie who served me was great as she was friendly, enthusiastic and professional. She took time to ascertain my needs, provided useful information about potential products which allowed me to narrow my options, then showed me the ranges on offer and explained the details of each. I was then allowed to try out different beds and consider possible choices without any overbearing hard sell techniques. When I had made my choice Suzie was once again professional and helpful, ensuring that she understood which product I had chosen. She went through the costs, explained about recycling of old mattresses, arranged a convenient delivery date and acompleted the sale. My experience has already encouraged me to consider purchase of additional products from Dreams.
