Staff were friendly & knew what they were doing & had excellent product knowledge. We never felt pressured at any time whilst we were there, which is a bonus, I hate pushy staff.

The sale assistantwhere so happy to help they have patience,and they were all smiling an welcoming they were easy to approach .I will recommend a friend to go to dreams beckton , they are lovely people.

We were not pushed into buying but we were well advised. If anything the availability of your product could be better, most stores inc M & S offer delivery within 7 days your delivery time is 28 days!

i had been recommended to go into another bed store first, but after being harassed for 10 minutes by a very pushy salesman who wouldn't leave me alone, i quickly left and went straight into dreams. I was seen too very quickly and within half an hour i had gone in, chosen a bed, paid and left! unfortunately we were not able to arrange a pickup date there and then, but the person i spoke too was very helpful and ran me through the process to arrange a date at a later time. The price was also very good for my product!
