Dreams - Loughborough

Stepen was very helpful & friendly. Had confidence in him. We did go and look at Bensons but was not given as much imformation and help. We liked the stock at 'Dreams' and so decided that we would place our order.

The moment we walked into the store we were helped straight the way, very professional ,polite, helpful staff...we didn't realise how hard it is to choose a mattress...but with the help of a member of staff it became easier to understand...we will recommend this store

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly I was even offered a coffee! Do not get that sort of service very often. Would definitely reccomend this Loughborough store.

The member of staff who sold us our bed was very thoughtful and helpful. My grandfather had just passed away earlier in the day and I wanted to get my mind of things and get our bed. Jerome was very understanding with my grief and was fantastic at cheering me up and keeping the purchasing process as simple and stressfree as possible. I couldn't thank him enough.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable but not smarmy with it. We were able to get an ex display tempur bed for practically half price. Still spending far more than we intended but getting a bargain so I didn't mind!

Store manager served me he listened to what i wanted and showed me beds only in my price range. Advised on matresses . At no time did i feel any pressure on me to buy

The sales person was very helpful he showed us around the store of what beds were available and was very happy we were able to fetch the bed the next day. he also told us about the pillows which was half price with buying a bed.

I thought the gentleman that delt with us was very friendly, knew his 'stuff' and most of all - not a pushy salesman but got a result in the end
