Suzi approached us straight away, was not pushy but explained everything to us and where we could find what, we later spent time with Stephen to discuss our needs, he was very helpful and non pushy so we placed an order, this was carried out by Suzi and was done with competance and ease..... A very easy, enjoyable visit :-)

Came looking for a pillow that would help with my neck problems and after some very useful advice and knowledge a purchase was made that I am very happy about.

The staff were very helpful and explained fully all the differences between all the mattresses. Then we were left alone to discuss the matter on our own.

Jerome who dealt with my enquiry was very professional and obviously knew a great deal about the products in store, he was also very friendly. He very quickly established the type of bed I was looking for and directed me accordingly. The whole process was quick and efficient (what I look for when making a purchase) but had I needed more time then I am sure he would have sensed this and again proceeded accordingly

We were welcomed into the store, not pestered while we browsed but given excellent assistance when we needed to decide the right mattress for us. We were given alternative choices and felt we made an informed decision.
