we were allowed to have a look around on our own, then Amrit came over introduced him self ask is he could help, from then on things could not have been better. We were asked if we would like a drink. the product knowledge was second to none, he was very polite and helpful as well as being very cheerful, overall my wife and i both commented on a great transaction which we both enjoyed. will use this dept again, GREAT

They guy who served me was very efficient, after our conversation he took me straight to the product I was in need of and made me think of my specific needs re comfort and and support.

The simple colouring system for different types of bad made understanding the choice very easy. This combined with a knowledgable salesman who gave enough space for us to focus in on our own choice, made the experience a positive one.

They had what we wanted and once a sales person was available, everything went smoothly

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and all the beds were explained in detail and then we were left to look and try the beds never rushed allowing us to take our time the staff came over and asked if we had any questions which were answered and then allowed us to continue to try more beds never pressuring us to make a decision all staff were very friendly and attentive with good product knowledge

Suzie was a great assistant, and is actually the reason we returned to Dreams to buy and bed frame after purchasing a mattress before. Obviously in addition, the quality of the merchandise is fantastic. Thanks again Suzie!

We had no idea where to start in buying new bed - Stephen explained re types of divans / frames and then showed us the colour coded display of different mattress types - he explained it very clearly then left us plenty of time to explore and try.
