Customer service and client going that extra bit further to make us feel welcome happy and not pushed into anything, A+

We were allowed to look around unhindered until we needed assistance. We were then helped by the store manager to decide which combination of bed and mattress would suit our needs. He even took a head board over to put against the bed we had decided upon to see how it looked.

Attentive, all of the staff were clearly well trained in customer service, all very friendly and helpful.

I was shown and given all the information I asked for regarding the bed I was interested in. Then the sales person helped me decide and went through the order process and it was all done in no time at all. Overall I was happy with the way I was dealt with.

Assistant was very helpful and after me trying the mattresses out he did all he could to make the customer feel special and to an old gal my age that counts. Well equipped store. Friendliness & knowledge of staff. Not just about the sale, but the staff genuinely wanting me to get the best product for my needs.

The assistant dealt with us as quickly as he could. He provided good advice on the items and made the necessary recommendations for us to make the right purchase. When we sat down to talk finances, we were given a drink so was a nice gesture. The credit advice given was also good.

Stephen was very polite when we entered the showroom , he then asked myself and my wife if he could help in any way or if there was anything that we wanted to see. He then gave me and my wife time to look around the showroom .After we had chosen the specific item we wanted to purchase we alerted Stephen over to us he then answered any questions we had about the product we were purchasing.We were highly satisfied after receiving the good service from Stephen.

I visited the store with two of my children and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Stephen who was knowledgeable about the products and was happy to help with the product specification. We came back the day after to purchase a bed for our toddler directly in store.
