The store assistant was extremely helpful and very patient, I didn't feel rushed or pressurised. The delivery time was very good, I expected to be waiting for weeks

The store was very light, everything was laid out with very clear labels. The gentleman showing us around was very helpful.

The gentleman who assisted us, Stephen, was extremely helpful, explaining the colour coded system of different firmness and different types of mattresses, he was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the products on offer. We were offered a drink and at no time pressured or rushed into making any decisions. We were encouraged to try the products at our leisure and then to re try as often as needed to make our final decision. The overall experience was very pleasent and the assistance given by Stephen was outstanding.

We had a problem regarding a bed we had bought from a different retailer and we came to Dreams to see if they could resolve this matter. Steve, the assistant who served us was able to help, sympathetic, understanding and a credit to your company. He provided a perfect solution and put in an order for us immediately.

The whole shopping experience was very good. Jerome was helpful, knowledgeable and did not try to sell us a particular bed but helped us to choose the bed that best suited our needs. We tried numerous beds, were not rushed and were given coffee. The colour coding of beds was most helpful.

The salesman was very knowledgable and was able to satisfy all our concerns, considerations and requirements. The set-up, 'colour coding', was especially helpful.
