Looked after by a trainee and other team member. They listened to our requirement and acted on them. At no point did we feel pushed into anything and felt our requirements met and observed at all times.Impressed with knowledge of products , we felt really looked after.

I was welcomed when entering the store, offered a drink. The employee was very understanding of what I was saying and knowledgable of the beds in store and everything he suggested was exactly what I was looking for. Really kind and friendly place.

Gentleman who assisted us was friendly, polite and helpful. Wasn’t pushy and dealt with the order process efficiently.

Sammi was honest she had not long been there although any questions she didn’t know the answer too she found out. She was very attentive

The customer service was excellent and the young man really looked after us, very attentative and had good product knowledge.

Great service, great advice, everything was smooth easy and exactly what we wanted. Good value for money.

Assistant friendly and helpful

Staff were very helpful, and took time to understand what I wanted. No pressure selling

Richard at the loughborough store was very friendly and so helpful in helping me choose the right bed for my health problems. He had me tested on the mattress tester and showed me the mattresses that are suited for me and had me lay in bed told me to relax as if I was goin to sleep for 3 mins each bed to see how I feel on 2 of the beds helped as u can only tell after sleeping on a bed for 3 mins or more to see how it feels rather than lie down and get bk up which u couldnt really. Richard also gave us helpful tips and help us choose the base also and gave us a great deal. We have always bought our beds from dreams and never been any problems. Bought 4 beds so far from there all been great buys.

Only 1 assistant I store but kept contact with us whilst dealing with anther customer. Another assistantcarrived and dealt with us immediately.
