Dreams - Loughborough

Sammi greeted us upon entering the store in Loughborough and set us up on the mattress finder to see which one would be perfect for us,she then preceeded to talk us through and show us the range of mattresses to suit,after trying the mattresses we were happy to purchase not just the mattress but the base and head board aswell,we live in wales and came for a few days away and ended up buying a bed😂😊 but we thought we could not buy one as we live far away but this was not a problem as they deliver no matter which store you go to very happy with the service from her well done Sammi.

The assistant was friendly, helpful and informative. He offered us refreshments and spent time with us to help us make our choices. He was not pushy. I was helped to buy the item I wanted

Christopher at the Loughborough branch went out of his way to help me. Explained everything to me very well

We were served by Christopher, we were approached after about 5/10 mins of being in store. We were asked what we were looking for & then asked to use the bed tester which was brilliant and so helpful to know what we actually ‘needed’. We tried various beds that were recommended by the ‘assistant’ with pillows. We were offered drinks and given time to choose the correct bed for us.

Assisted by Sami who was very polite, friendly and helpful. No pushy sales but was there when we had a question

Richard at the Loughborough branch was very professional from taking the call from my wife to handling the order in the shop

We had 3 minutes on a computer bed to find the mattress we needed.

When we arrived a member of staff (Stephen) approached us and offered some help, which we accepted. He helped us find the products that I had been looking at online and try them out (reassuring us that covid measures where kept between testing). He then helped me place an order in store and talked us through offers and deals, he was very friendly, helpful and answered any questions that we had.

Customer assistant was very helpful told us we could place the online order that we wanted in store shown us many options of mattresses within our price range and gave us a discount for taking a bundle order
