ALAN WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND UNDERSTOOD OUR NEEDS PERFECTLY. ALSO THE COFFEE OFFERED WAS A NICE TOUCH

The store was well lit. Lots of beds laid out with plenty of room to move around. No one minded how many beds we looked at. at no time did i feel hurried or pressured. There was no hard selling tactics but all questions were answered. Only one thing rankled which was the sales man called me my dear. It's better than my love but I would rather be addressed as Mrs .......

Stephen took the time to understand our needs whilst not putting us under pressure to buy. We did leave the store on the first visit to take measurements but had no intention of going elsewhere to purchase due to the service we received. It made the experience better as Stephen also stayed back to assist us with the order whilst not rushing us. Well done.

Steve and Susie were very attentive to my 83 yr old Mums requirements. Steve even visited her at home to ensure her current bed lift was compatible with the bed she was purchasing

We were given all of the information that we needed to select the right product. There was no pressure when we asked for time to consider which of three options were correct for us. When we returned to the store the original assistant (manager?) was not there but had verbally told the other assistant about us and all of our details had been saved so that the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. Both the gentlemen were friendly, informative and both refrained from high pressure sales which made them different from other stores we had visited and ultimately was the reason we selected Dreams to purchase from. We have shopped with Dreams before to our satisfaction and in future won't bother to try other stores before selecting Dreams.

Brilliant customer service from Stephen Hurren. Helped me find exactly what i was looking for, nothing was to much trouble. Would definately come back and recommend the store to family and friends.

The whole experience of looking for a new bed was so relaxed and easy, I could have fallen asleep there and then. It was as if I was dreaming

Hello, We visited your store at Loughborough and we're very pleased with the outcome. The staff were very helpful we got to sit and lay on the beds without feeling pressured and after speaking with the store manager about the previous bed we had and what we required came to a decision made the purchase and everything was good... until I got the email from pillow talk... I went through checking the box's as i went all was good till i got to this feedback box.! (3 Min's is no way long enough to type in what you want) it kicked me back to do it all again from the start!! So at that point i said F^*$ it and closed the email.... probably there are a lot of other people that don't fill it in because of this reason. by the way I have gone to another website to create this message and copied and pasted it into your reply box.(Just so i don't run out of time)

Sales assistant was very welcoming explained differences between all mattresses in store then left me to decide which was best for me. Very friendly throughout
