The lady who told us about the product was very informative, friendly and efficient.

We had previously purchased beds from Dreams and had no hesitation in going back to dreams.

The sales team made us feel welcome and were very friendly throughput the time we were in the store.

Dreams lived up to their name by allowing me time to browse and dream about what was available. It was a breath of fresh air not to have a sales assistant pounce and push a sale the moment I walked through the door. Once I had decided what I wanted the assistant was very informative and helpful regards my requirements. I find shopping for larger goods can be intimidating and feel pressurised - A nightmare - in some stores. Here I could happily have had a nap. I felt so relaxed. Thank You.

I was highly satisfied because the store manager Stephen came to us to find our requirements, shown us our options then left us to try them out, coming back and checking we ok from time to time, showing us alternatives, so we did not feel pressurised.

Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant, sorry can't remember his name. Took time to explain the make-up of the mattresses in layman's terms and even made us coffee.

The staff member who assisted us gave clear, objective advice. He was friendly and helpful. He explained why the product was not immediately available and processed our order quickly.

Friendly staff, they offer assistance but do not stand over you and suffocate you. They have knowledge of the products. There is plenty of choice.
