We found the sales person helpful and knowledgeable . He gave us good advice and nothing was too much trouble. He then left us alone to decide what we felt was right for us. I like that, I do not like sales people hovering over you whilst you are trying to make a decision. Sale was carried out swiftly and efficiently. Date of delivery was advised to meet our needs. Overall a good experience.

We very quickly were shown/found a mattress that we wanted, along with appropriate pillows for the lay down. Our salesman was just the right amount of attentive . Availability was quick & the delivery was stress free.

The server demonstrated knowledge of the product and how it would meet my particular needs.

I am a repeat buyer and was looked after by Jerome again. We were thrilled with bed for my daughter and I have been meaning to purchase a new bed for my husband and I. A nagging bad back is the main reason for treating myself! Really pleased with what I have ordered and the lead time is impressive. I just need to tell my husband I have bought a new bed now before it arrives!!!

Stephen hurren approached my partner and myself within 5 minutes of entering the store. We explained what we wanted and he pointed out the choices. We had to wait a short time before sorting out payment and delivery due to serving other customers who were before us. Stephen apologised for the wait and served us asap. He was very friendly and helpful without being pushy and delivery was soon sorted out. We would recommend this store to others.
