Friendly knowledgable staff

Very easy to understand store layout. Suzie was in particular excellent. The staf are all very enthusiastic.

Everything was explained in detail and the assistant really understood my needs. Didn't feel rushed into making a purchase ,very helpful.

Salesman Lee was extremely helpful, and very patient, as I took a considerable amount of time testing and re-testing various beds before finally making a decision. Having finally reached a decision, he dealt very efficiently and speedily with the order and making arrangements for the part loan, as I paid partly in cash and the remainder on credit. He then arranged for the matress to be delivered to me early the next week, and for my present matress to be collected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to anyone else making a purchase at Dreams.

I already knew which bed I wanted but not the firmness of the matress and the information for the member of staff helped me to decide the firmness of the matress.

Alan was the right level of attentive. Even down to testing mattresses with pillows the same as at home. great product knowledge.

I have dealt with this store before and I had already purchased a bed a month or two previous to going for another one apart from buying beds in the past. I have always been satisfied with my purchases and with the service.
