Assistant Alan was very friendly but very professional. We had drinks and a chat about our purchase and I was able to try several beds before making my selection. His colleagues was also very friendly and agreeable, perfect salesmen. BO95 - Alan

Loughborough we could not have got better service from Jerome if we,d tried polite no rushing or pre sure salesmanship which we liked very much what more can we say keep it up jerome .

We visited the Dreams store in Loughborough, to search for a specific mattress that we had spotted online. We couldn't find it initially so a friendly member of store staff took us to the mattress we were looking for and this was the item that we bought, as it was a very comfy and good quality product- and it was on sale! We were led over to the desk, to finalise the purchase, by Stephen, the store manager at Dreams Loughborough. He was a very polite and helpful man. Overall, we was very satisfied with our experience at Dreams.

Stephen (the store manager as I recall) waited for a comfortable amount of time for me and my partner to familiarise ourselves with the layout before approaching us to ask if we needed help, and then when we admitted it would be good he assisted with every step of the way from choosing the correct mattress type, the bed and covers along with the apparent insurance cover package making the most of the day.

The sale assistance Steve was very professional he listened well and directed us to the correct item. Also giving us time to consider before ordering. He was fast to process the order and went out of his way to help with the lift in the shop. It was a great experience that the Steve made possible with his professionalism. Thank you very much.
