I walk with difficulty with two sticks but you manager Stephen was at pains to make me as comfortable as possible and I valued his technical knowledge

the Salesman was great, quite chatty but in a nice way, quite "old school" maybe, but very knowledgeable and efficient - the colour coding in the store was excellent and very helpful - he gave good clear advice, very helpful

The knowledge and friendliness of our advisor Alan was really good. He treated us like we were his only customers. We were offered a drink and he quickly found what we were looking for. He listened to our requirements making sure he had a full understanding.

The overall shopping experience at Dreams in Loughborough was absolutely brilliant. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a really friendly lady called Suzie welcoming us to Dreams and when we had chosen the bed and mattress we wanted we were offered a hot drink which was extreemly welcome whilst she explained all the details and the transaction and paperwork was being completed. This lady is a credit to the store and we would definitely return in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The assistance and guidance given to us by Alan was first class; professional courteous yet friendly. Never felt pressured at all and all our concerns and questions were fully addressed.
