I received 1st class attention from the store manager ( Stephen ) which enabled me to order and pay for my headboard without any undue delay.

Fast, efficient and easy - we wanted a bed, we got a bed.

Stephen was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, in particular, the mattresses. He advised myself and my husband well, especially as we had different preferences on mattress firmness. The shop was well organised and tidy. It also was child friendly as we had our three-year-old with us at the time. Our son was given a drink and he felt confortable to play with his cars whilst we arranged the purchase. The manager (Stephen) really could not have done more to make our shopping trip a successful one. He opened late and discussed all our needs and we felt comfortable and was given good advice. We highly recommend this Dreams store in particular having visited many different bed shops over the course of the week. The service was above and beyond everywhere else and Stephen did his best to help us with the price. We were apprehensive as we were spending a lot of money, however, we do feel we have made a good investment in our health for the future. On a final note - I am converted to tthe tempur cloud pillow. It's the best sleep I have had in ages - THANK YOU!
