The staff members were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, he had a bald head and was super friendly! Thank you so much for all your help during my visit. I cannot wait to receive my bed now. It was made an easy stream less process.

The Sales guy listened to my needs, and offered me exactly the right Bed and Mattress. No fuss or overselling.

The staff and manager were very helpful.

Greeted on arrival by Jason and invited to hand-sanitize. Jason used the computer to assess our mattress type (person the bed was for was not present) and asked relevant questions to be able to recommend products. There was a good range of bases and mattresses. Jason mentioned additional insurance cover, but was not pushy (which particularly impressed me as I have an aversion to extended warranties normally). Offered and accepted current deals. Offered a variety of delivery dates from 24 hours onwards and decided on a suitable date which was confirmed by email the following day.
