Well set out knew what we wanted saw it and waited for assistant to be free then went through ordering process which was fairly straight forward. Good delivery time over all highly satisfied.

Jerome(your staff member) at Loughborough could not have been more helpful. Personal assistance in helping Granny and Grandad select the perfect bed solution for our grand-daughter who comes to stay with us from time to time. Understood our Request for a bed to fit a nearly 3 year old and the need to consider future growing. Gave us his own personal family snippets and considerations which helped us decide style, type of bed plus mattress and pillows/ cases etc. Okay it was relatively quiet in store at the time, but he allocated plenty time to give us individual attention. Thank you

Staff were just the right balance of attentive and giving us time to try out the products and reach our own conclusions, as to which bed to purchase. Very knowledgeable of their products, etc

We were very well looked after. The Salesman was very helpful and listened to our requirements. He gave us plenty of help and time too decide.
