I was very pleased with the helpful and polite manner of Stephen, he's product knowledge was excellent as I was shopping with a limit and also informing me of your mattress disposal system. The added bonus for me is that you can deliver on a Saturday which I find most useful being a night worker.

Assistants knowledge and helpfulness was a major factor in deciding to order from Dreams. Price wise, the item was much cheaper than a similar product on sale at Bensons for beds store nearby. I will have no hesitation in recommending your Loughborough store to friends

Stephen who showed me around was very informative and easy to talk to. He explained everything in an easy way to understand and I could therefore come to a quick conclusion as to which matress would be suitable for me.

Great service , very friendly people and Alan who dealt with us was especially helpful. Good choice of products and all of which seemed of high quality. We visited Bensons for beds before making our decision and the choice at Dreams was far better as was the service

The sales assistant in the Loughborough store was excellent. She knew her stuff and also gave us time to think about our purchase. She was always on hand without being intrusive. We will definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Stephen was very helpful, even though his shift had finished he still stayed longer to help me find the right bed for me
