We had originally visited your store to simply purchase a mattress but we then became undecided as to whether or not to invest in a new bed too. Jerome was incredibly helpful to us - taking time to show us all the options - and making sure we understood them. He was clearly very knowledgeable about your products and obviously a very good salesman without being pushy or in your face. Product range was perfectly adequate to make a good choice and we came away feeling relaxed about our purchase (even though we spent around £700 more then we intended when we left the house). All in all well done Dreams and well done Jerome.

Good and friendly service, reasonable choice.

Tje shop was open and airy and pleasant to be in. The lady who took care of us gave us time to play and choose without breathing down our necks, but was there for us as soon as we were ready. She was knowledgeable and smiley faced and gave us all a cup of tea and lovely biscuits whilst we placed our order.

The manager was patient and helpful and answered all my questions. He asked what i wanted and showed me products that were suitable for my needs

I knew I wanted a new mattress but not what sort. Slesman helped me, made me try out different beds to make my choicer.

We required a firm mattress and the person who served us, who happened to be the Manager, explained to us what comprised the different type of mattresses on offer. We were offered a number of mattresses to lie upon to get a feel for the item and having chosen the one we preferred, the manner in which the order was processed was first class.

Didn't feel hassled at all but had excellent advice and clear answers to all my questions. I work in customer care and I value it - nothing puts me off more than someone who is unprofessional and who pressurizes me to make a decision. Great choice of beds and opportunity to try them out! Really feel pleased with my decision to make purchase from you.

Knew what I was looking for staff pretty good price good

We were allowed to have a little look without being pounced on. That I really liked,but not too long as to feel unimportant as a customer. The products were explained in an easy way to understand and not boring,and not to the point of losing the will to live.. It was a nice relaxed but professional experience. Thank you Stephen, you helped me feel confident in my purchase instead of frightened at what I'd done.
