We purchased a bed with storage that we did not know was available

Alan was very helpful in explaining about the different products, sizes and springing etc. He explained all this and then gave us time to try different beds. He was not at all pushy and was very helpful and considerate of the fact I don't walk so well. He made us a cup of teamed left us for a while to discuss the choices i had made and then took us over to the desk to complete my order.

Jerome at the Loughborough store was very helpful in finding what we needed, he wasn't too pushy and was a welcoming help.

As soon as I arrived in the store I was met buy a very helpful salesman who was smartly dressed and very helpful. When I told what I wanted he knew immediatly which product would be right for me and made my purchase very easy.

This store is prominently situated in the shopping area and has a large, bright and well laid out store. The stock is displayed and laid out well, information about each item is to a high standard and very informative. Prices are clearly stated. Due to the large floor area, there is plenty of room to walk around the displays. The staff were always on hand and were not pushy but offered assistance and were prepared to leave us to look around until we wanted assistance or help. The lady (Suzie) who had dealt with my wife on her visit a couple of days beforehand, was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Her knowledge of the bedding and competitors was impressive. When we had made our decision on which bed to purchase, she made us tea and then processed the order and payment. The whole process went very well.
