Jerome took the time to understand my requirements, make recommendations then leave me in peace to test the mattresses so I didn't feel awkward or pressured. I walked out of a competitors store because the sales person didn't give me this time and space.

Staff knew their stuff. Quickly advised on possibilities which meant we could choose quickly. Good deal available on final choice. Date for delivery faster than we expected. Very satisfied with outcome.

The sales assistant Jerome was absolutely superb. We went to the store with a vague idea of what we needed and Jerome spent a good couple of hours going through the different products with us and helping us to challenge our assumptions and keep a close eye on our budgets to make sure we were spending on what we needed not just what we thought we wanted. He was very honest and never oversold to us. We feel highly satisfied that we made an informed decision.
