Dreams - Loughborough

Choosing a new mattress is not easy as a good night's sleep is vital and a new one is an expensive item. I visited your store 3 times and was guided through the merits of various mattresses by two very competant and helpful staff, Susie being one and a young man being another. When I finally made a decision my order was taken by Susie who couldn't have bee more helpful. I am due to receive my bed in just over a week, which, in itself was a boon as I thought I would have to wait weeks. I hope I have made the right choice but it is reassuring to know that I can return it if I absolutely can't get on with it.

The sales representative Jerome was fantastic. He spend a good amount of time explaining the difference between the Tempur mattresses and making sure we made an informed decision. He was easy going, made us try the mattress how we would sleep and never pressured us to make a decision.

The assistant listened to what we wanted, and gave advice on the most suitable mattress for a guest bed (we had decided on the bed frame). He was offered various payment methods, and let us choose which suited us best. He did not try to sell us unnecessary upgrades or extras.

Steve was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and offered appropriate advice. He also didn't try to push us towards a more expensive mattress that we didn't need

The manager stephen helped us find a bed that we were very happy with the price. He went through mattresses with us to find the perfect mattress for us. Whilst filling out the forms for the finance he was very patient as i had our daughter with us and she was a being a little nuisance, he offered to give her sweets and she was very happy with this. This was the first time we have shopped at dreams and was overall very happy with the service and was looked after very well.

Steve the salesman explained how the bed worked was given to us in a very pleasant manner also helped us to pick a headboard and every question we asked the answer he gave us was quick and precise.

although arrival was close to closing time there was no sense of hurry atall. salesman seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and helpful.

Upon entering the Loughborough store, and not knowing what I was looking for, I was approached by Jerome who enquired if I needed assistance,Munich I did! He answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction and shared his knowledge and expertise which I was grateful for. I wasn't sure about access up our stairs and Steve, the manager, came after work to measure up. My husband and I followed this up the next day and were very well looked after by both Jerome and Steve the shop manager.

Welcomed and offered advice as soon as we walked in store. Very friendly and helpful member of staff explained options within our budget then went out of his way to make sure we found what we were looking for.

Steve was friendly , knowledgeable on all beds, never hurried us . Gave us useful information about trying the beds . Which was good as the one that we chose wasn't the one we originally thought would be the best one for us .
