Loughborough store staff Nina was very helpful and even stayed later as it was closing time when we made the order and talked us through the product and our order thoroughly.

The assistant was more than welcoming and very knowledgeable on all products. They were able to help us choose a bed but more importantly they left us to browse in store without any hassle and were available when needed.

because we were left to look around without being pestered by salesman,but when needed he was very helpful.

Every product was explained and demonstrated throughly,helpful staff without being pushy,left to browse and make our own minds up.

The gentleman asistent explained all about the springs and mattress then left us to try and shop grand children love it asistent available all the time / in and out in 45 minutes /5 mattresses very happy no pressure

Me and my partner where welcomed upon entrance into your store by a lovely member of staff, she was very well knowledgeable about all the products (we where after a new mattress) and soon guided us to exactly what we where searching for. She offered us drinks throughout our time in your shop, and nothing was to much trouble! She offered us a range of pillows to see which 1 suited us and in the end found the perfect couple of pillows!! The girl was called Nina in the Loughborough branch and she was brilliant!! We ended up buying a new mattress, 2 new pillows, a mattress protector and a warranty on my mattress for £1,617.99. She is a massive credit to your store!! THANKYOU!!

The assistant helped us decide what we needed and advised us to try a number of different beds and pillows before we chose what we wanted. .We spent two hours in total ..and he was very patient with us.
