Dreams - Loughborough

I was very satisfied with the service at Dreams in Loughborough. We were purchasing two different sized beds for our children. The advice and support given was efficient and very helpful.

The staff very good explained all the products available and disposal of our old bed and mattress we sorted other products while in store and we were offered different ways to pay for our purchase

We were greeted by Nina ,who asked us what we were looking for and she gave us advice. After offering us a refreshment she then left us to look around at our leisure. After looking around we went to Nina for specific advice and she was extremely helpful.

We came into the store several months ago to look for a new bed, this was only an enquiry as we didn't want one for several months. We then went back this weekend and saw the same assistant who remembered us and the choices we made. Stephen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the process easy.

Easy to find the product I was looking for, easy to get assistance to pay, quick and friendly delivery.

The salesman was very helpful & knowledgeable during my visit to the store. There was no hard sell which was appreciated too. Ultimately the bed I purchased was good quality & a reasonable price.

The store had a welcoming atmosphere and was spaciously laid out. The colour-coding for different types and firmness of mattress made it easy to concentrate on the products which were of interest. The manager, Steve, was helpful, attentive and very informative without being pushy in any way. Add-on products were explained but there was no pressure to commit to them. The arrangements for delivery were straightforward.

Came in looking for a mattress I could walk away with - emergency mattress. Steve really helped me choose the right roll up one and helped me to the car with it.

I have used Dreams before and trusted that I would receive good service and I did.
