I was satisfied because he wasn't pushy at all, was open to make a deal of which he did. I had the store manager dealing with me. The service was friendly and offered me a drink whilst there. Couldn't have asked for a better person.

The Loughborough store where I purchased my bed from is very spacious,clean and most o the beds available online are on display [at least the ones I was interested in].The sales assistants are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and able to give advice . The bed I ordered have yet to be delivered so i cannot comment about its quality so far,but it looked good,elegant design and fabric.

No pressure from the salesman we were able to look around and choose what we wanted in comfort.

Excellent sales man, he really listened to our requirements and showed us options both full price and sale price.....We explained our various aches and pains and he helped with specific pillows that worked with the bed we chose, his knowledge was excellent...His choice for our needs made an instant difference to our comfort. .. He also left us intermittently to rest on the various beds, gave us time to chat and decide what we needed on our own, all in all a very pleasant experience, great bloke, would happily recommend him to others....

Staff were very helpful and friendly , gave you time to look around ourself having helped us find what we were looking for ,no pressure from staff , lots to choose from

The assistant,Nina, who greeted us was friendly,knowledgeable and patient.Even though a few days later we had to cancel most of our initial order she remained polite and professional.We were very impressed with the service we received. Similarly when the wrong headboard was ordered, the manager, Steve, dealt with it cheerfully and resolved the matter swiftly.

The salesman was friendly and courteous and did not press for a decision. He was quite helpful on a technical point.
