A pleasant experience no problems encountered

Steve, who helped us, was highly knowledgeable and quickly understood our slightly unusual requirements. He went to great lengths to ensure that the products he recommended were in line with our needs, and showed great concern for our comfort, even giving us a bottle of drinking water each in case we becoming thirsty beneath our face masks. We had not expected to find the solution to our problems in our first visit to a store - we had planned to check around for several days before reaching a decision. Yet we found ourselves entirely happy with Steve's proposals, and were very pleased to finalise the purchases.

The level of service given by Richard was exceptional. He made sure he was aware of what we was looking for and then offered us to use the dreams sleep machine to check what mattress would suit us. He then showed us 4 different mattresses to see which one we would like. The whole process was easy and stress free.

Steve the store manager was brilliant as soon as we walked through the door he made sure we was in good hands offering a bottle of water as well as showing us around the store until we found a bed and mattress to our needs. The guys a credit to your company.

Staff were absolutely fantastic

My partner and I were greeted at the entrance, staff members maintained social distancing throughout, the place was kept very clean. The member of staff explained the process of looking for was new bed, we used the sleepmatch system and then tried the mattresses that were suited to us including our proce range. She offered us a drink and showed us round to shop for bed frames, she was friendly and had our best interests in mind. She provided us with all the options and was able to answer any questions we had. She gave us plenty of time to think through our choices and did not pressure us. It was the perfect experience, would recommend to everyone.

The store assistant was extremely helpful, Jason I think. We had specific needs in that we were buying a bed for our disabled daughter. It is really hard to buy as she cannot go to the store herself. But he was incredibly helpful and informative and we are extremely pleased with the product. He made us feel that nothing was to much trouble. We felt that he was not just box ticking but really wanted to find us the right bed. So huge thanks.

The service was 100% the assistant Sammi was really efficient and very pleasant and helpful will shop here again .

Steve had dealt with us and was very friendly and helpful. Offered us a drink and dealt with our sleep needs perfectly. Covid guidelines followed to a tee also, felt very comfortable shopping in the store.
