Dreams - Loughborough

I liked the colour codes applicable to each mattress, this made it so much easier and quicker. The knowledge of the store assistant was exceptional. I felt he listened to what I was saying. He also explained lots of things throughout my visit.

You are able to try the product for comfort, and the staff very pleasant and obliging.

Mike new employee was very helpful and took his time to understand what we wanted, he didn't try and push us into the first thing we saw.

Because we are so pleased with the bed we bought two years ago we were confident that we would get what we needed for our "guest room " now . We were welcomed and treated to a hot chocolate and directed to the exact bed we had already decided upon . The delivery dates flexibility was assured when we explained how we had embarked upon a total renovation of the room concerned and were not exactly certain about the dates I would expect to have the room ready to receive the new Ottoman bed . It turned into a completely worry free experience to go to Dreams and get exactly what we wanted , many thanks. Roger and Alison Warner

Nina and the others in the willow brook retail park shop in Loughborough were brilliant ... They knew their products and gave me lots of help and advice without pressuring me at all ... I actually popped into be sons beds nearby to compare prices and was appalled at the lack of interest in sales and knowledge of product!!! Well done dreams ... Can't wait to get my new bed x

In store staff weren't trying to sell me the bed or push any particular make/model on me. They just tried to explain my needs, and the differences in the product range. They could also answer all my questions and fiddly concerns. Both the manager (stephen) and the sales assistant (jerome) were very relaxed - I am more trusting with relaxed sales than pushy sales.

jerome was a very pleasent man and his knowledge of matteress and beds was very good.we knew what we wanted but his knowledge helped us decide.

very friendly staff had coffee free got good deal and everything we wanted

He come to help us has soon as we were looking for the right bed he was very helpful
