Although I had done some research on the products before entering the store, I had not made my mind up on purchasing a new bed, but the knowledge and information given to me in store gave me the confidence on making the purchase there and then. The purchase was smooth, I was offered a tea or coffee, the overall experience was very pleasant. I needed to make a call to my husband during my visit and was given the space and privacy to do so. Although I spent more than I had anticipated, I am very pleased with my decision and look forward to receiving delivery next month. Many thanks.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and knew what they were talking about. We felt that we got a very comfortable mattress for a very reasonable price. We were kept up to date with delivery times and it was delivered to us this morning on time. No ridiculous long waiting time slots keeping you in all day either. Love the mattress :)

Wonderful to be met so cheerily [with soft drinks on 1 Jan!] and to be passed swiftly to an extremely knowledgeable Assistant - Nina. No trial too much trouble : even took coat, gloves etc to 'office' area for safe-keeping so that I could and try products unencumbered.

Friendly attentive Staff, found the mattress is wanted at a price I wanted and delivery within the week.

We really appreciated your salesman (Alan at Loughborough store). We were very indecisive but he was patient and offered advice. Normally I hate having sales people 'hover' but he struck exactly the right balance of being available without being intrusive. A credit to your company.

The person who advised us, seemed very knowledgeable and friendly, but did not rush us into reaching a decision. We became unsure of the size we required, but he went out of his way to help us. When we sat at the desk to place the order, he explained exactly and clearly the conditions of the sale.
