Very helpful assistant, not pushy on sales, and sorted out exactly what I was after without problem.

Nina was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. My son was able to take the time to find the mattress which suited him best. We went to look at another store, for comparison, as he/I were so impressed with the product and the service at Dreams. The other bed store had matresses at similar prices but they were not the same quality and the service in that store was non-existent.

Very good customer service and a high level of knowledge of the various beds to suit our needs.

We visited the Loufhborough store. Nina was very friendly, her product knowledge was excellent and her customer service was also excellent.

The salesman mike was training but very friendly and had a good approach to people

Greeted on entry by a lady who explained the mattress options and encouraged me to try various mattresses, fetching a pillow to lay down and do so. Bed also selected and handed over to a male salesman who explained further options regarding the bed and mattress protector/extended insurance. Served tea and biscuits while completing the sale process and delivering arranged within one week. Excellent service, knowledgeable and not 'too pushy'.
