Nina was very knowledgeable helpfull & friendly.

We were very impressed with the knowledge and help that we were offered. We were only browsing but felt we were definitely in need of a new bed. We were left to look around but help was always there when needed. Our questions were answered in a way that we understood. Definitely visit Dreams again and will recommend to all friends and family.

We Found The Bed We Were Looking For

Steve the sales assistant was very knowledgeable with the products. It was disappointing not to get the bed we required however we did source a suitable alternative with steves help.

We were served by Nina at your Loughborough store who made this visit a 10 out of 10. She was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and humorous. She dealt with all of our questions in a knowledgeable efficient manner but wasn't in the slightest bit pushy. We left the store with a smile on our faces. She is a credit to your business and a epitomises what good customer service should look like.

As soon as we walked into the store, we were seen to. A very nice welcome in a calm and relaxed manner. Support whilst being was great, Mike knew he stuff that's for sure! Would recommend that's for sure. We were also offered a hot drink and biscuits, even juice and sweets for our little one. A pleasure doing business. We came away very happy with our new purchase and look forward to the delivery date.

Salesman Mike met us in store and spent time explaining our options regarding our requirements. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

The staff were very friendly, very helpful, very understanding, supportive of both me as a customer and each other when offering advice. The customer service was excellent and they offered drinks too. They made me feel reassured of their knowledge and advice. Nothing was too much and they were happy to repeat information they had already told us and explained everything thoroughly. Very patient. Made my shopping an enjoyable experience. The main staff member who served me was Nina and Steve also gave me some advice. I visited the store on the Saturday just to view and was not intending to purchase but left with a good idea of what I wanted and went to discuss it with my mum. My mum attended the store with me the next day on the Sunday where I completed my purchase. My mum was suitably impressed, so much so that she made a purchase herself on the Sunday. Thank you so much for all the help :-)

It was because the sales assistance went out of her way to show us the difference in items and encouraged us to test out the item for ourselves by laying upon different beds and mattresses. Nina, the sales person took time to ensure we had made the right decision and that the item we went on to purchase was right for what we wanted. It obviously showed a concern for the needs of the customer and of her knowledge of the product(s) that were for sale. Thank You.
