because we bought a mattress in nove 2015 and was totally satisfied with it so we came back and got the second one for our 2nd bedroom.

We did not feel pressured into making a decision, it did take us a while to make our minds up and when we did we went for a different option, the sales manager was very patient and as a result we ordered another bed and mattress due to the good deals on.

It only took us around one hour to make our purchases of bed and mattress, that included looking at the items, checking which mattress suited us. This was done at a busy time for the staff who only numbered 2 gentlemen and 4 couples to serve. They were very polite and friendly and professional.

The sales representative was very personable, had all the information we required, talked through the product alternatives and demonstrated a professional attitude at all times. A credit to your company.
