Dreams - Loughborough

We were greeted by a friendly staff member called Steve as we walked into the store, who asked if we needed any assistance. There was no 'hard sale' and we browsed unpressurised until we found the bed and matress we wanted. Although Dreams can be more expensive than other competitors, we found a great deal and we were happy with the quality of the product on display. As we sat down to place an order, your staff were welcoming (and made a good cup of tea) whilst we completed our purchase. We are now looking forward to delivery and enjoying the first bed my partner and I have purchased together in our new home!

The lady that helped us choose our tempur mattress was very helpful, understanding and very patient and knows what she is selling, would recommend anyone to visit Loughborough store.

The sales rep took the time to understand our needs and talk about in depth the products available. We had 2 young children and whilst there were activities to keep the children occupied we were never made to feel awkward about our children. Usually we would have left to think further and purchase at home but it was such a stress free experience we purchased during our visit.

Alan the salesman was helpful but not pushy.

Nina the assistant was knowledgable, helpful and realistic. She showed us what we asked for and ensured it was within our budget. She also offered alternatives and suggestions

We were well attended to by the assistant yet also allowed to browse around before our final decision. He did not presurise us in any way and it was a very satisfactory experience.
